SIZE GUIDE FOR PRINTS

A5 - 148mm / 210mm (5.8 inches / 8.3 inches)

A4 - 210mm / 297 mm (8.3 inches / 11.7 inches)

A3 - 297mm / 420mm (11.7 inches / 16.5 inches)

WHAT PAPER IS USED FOR PRINTS?

Currently, all of our A4 and A3 prints are printed either on beautiful 230gsm archival matt paper or on 300gsm silk paper unless otherwise stated (please find the exact paper type used on each product page)

WHAT CARD IS USED FOR GREETING CARDS?

Our cards are printed on either 280gsm gloss card or 300gsm Tintoretto gesso textured card (please find the exact card type used in each product page)

ARE FRAMES INCLUDED?

No, frames are not included with any order.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER, WHAT DO I DO?

For international deliveries, there can be delays due to customs and just general postage delays. Please allow a few extra days.

I’D LIKE TO CANCEL MY ORDER

Please email kay@ditsyandstitch.co.uk to advise of cancellation. However, if this has already been shipped I am afraid we cannot cancel or refund.

THE ITEM I WANTED IS NOW OUT OF STOCK

We work to make sure there is stock available to all and are constantly making new releases. We would advise to sign up to our mailing list to make sure you don't miss the next release.

USA TARIFFS

USA tariffs have now been introduced. This means that anyone purchasing from the USA will have to pay an extra charge at checkout to cover these costs.

To keep things simple and transparent:

An estimated tariff charge will be added at checkout for U.S. orders. This charge helps cover the cost of import duties imposed by the U.S. Customs.

We ship using PDDP (Postal Duties Delivered Paid) through Royal Mail, which means:

You won’t be asked to pay any extra fees when your order arrives. The duties are already handled on your behalf.

Some orders may differ in Tariff fee due to where these items were manufactured. Some items are FREE of tariff - for example Art Prints.
